As of yesterday, you can download the Windows 7 Release Candidate. Yes, the RC is now available and features several changes and improvements since the beta release, including improved boot performance, FAT32 support, and User Account Control (UAC) design changes. If you answered yes to any or all of the questions then you need to try Windows 7 RC. It is better than Vista or xp. I use it on my two laptops and my desktop computer.
